When Will and Maggie’s property was valued for Stamp Duty purposes Reginald Patrick Shanahan of Coffs Harbour, Auctioneer and Valuator valued their motor vehicle: “1-only Rugby Utility Truck, 1926 Model. In view of this I consider that no value can be placed on same.

Briefly Will’s land was described as: “70 acres being Portion 195 Parish of Moonee County Fitzroy on East Bank Road from Coramba to Nana Glen approximately 2 miles from Nana Glen. This portion part of the original Homestead had a frontage to the Orara River and was divided in 2 parts by the East Bank Road. There were 3 houses on the property one of which was the original Homestead. There was also a barn, dairy, bails machinery and separating room, and car shed.
